We are like that little tree crying "Help me!" But we have been planted in this world by The Divine Gardener and he tells us tenderly" Don't worry ,I am the One that planted you! I love you! I will never leave you nor forsake you! I will always hold you in my arms when the wind of trials and temptations want to destroy you!" Thank you P Matti for that devotional that allways feeds me! God is teaching us about His unconditional Love, by gracefully giving us despite our disrespect of Him.
When it comes to how we, humans love, it becomes controlling, conditional love demanding respect and obedience.
The answer, however, is in UNDERSTANDING that Love, care and Grace that we are receiving will kill us if we do not pay back by obedience and respect.
While we demand obedience and respect selfishly, God is SHOWING is that obedience is the way for us to be saved. That is why He sent us Jesus to show us THE way (Mattew 5:16-18). But many choose to read the Bible out of context and choose to live their life by words of Genesis 3:4 and Numbers 18:32. And worship Christ instead of following Jesus....
